limited time. If you get you password wrong 3 times in a 5-minute period you

will be blocked automatically for a limited time. If any IP address tried to

hard force entry our website especially from foreign countries will be block

forever. We run a very strict security system.

What data breach procedures we have in place. Data can

always be breached at any moment with any company or website on earth. If you

use your information in anyway as in financial transactions, name, location,

address. If our website is breached in anyway, we go through a series of

security and recovery with our server provider to recover control. Due to many

bad actors in the world we take an approach that many companies do not and that

is we actually block most foreign countries from any access or viewing of our

enforceable agreement. Prices and availability are subject to change, without

notice.

When placing an order on the Site, the price at which your

order is submitted is the guaranteed price.  

Your credit card information is required to guarantee all paper check

and bank wire orders. For orders placed and for which payment will be made by

bank wire, your payment must be received within one (1) business day in order

to reserve your guaranteed price. For orders placed and for which payment will

be made by check, all check orders must be postmarked for delivery within one

(1) business day and payment received, in its entirety, within ten (10)

calendar days of the original order.

A received payment is denoted by the receipt of funds in our

bank account (wire transfer payment), or by the deposit of payment (check).

Subject to our sole discretion, orders may be denied if payment is received

within the aforementioned time frame. If we do choose to accept the late

payment, a $35 late payment fee will be assessed, in addition to any Losses

between the order date and time of late-payment.

order. Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that

may be available to Armed4Freedom.net in the event of any failure by you to

suspend or terminate your account. The suspension or the termination of your

account shall not affect your obligations as set forth in these Terms and

Conditions.

Additional terms, including, without limitation, prices,

payment methods, refund and cancellation policies, and exchange policies may be

Fraud

websites and companies reserve the right, but undertake no obligation, to

actively report and prosecute actual and suspected credit card fraud. We may,

in our sole discretion, require further authorization from you such as a

right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if

fraud is suspected. We capture certain information during the order process,

identify individuals committing fraud. If any Site order is suspected to be

We are in the firearms safety training industry, if we find a person slanders our business we will seek lawsuit and possible charges if we or our customers are harassed in anyway. The same goes for any infringement of our constitutional rights. So don't do it.

Payment Options

Payment to a4ftactical.com, Armed4Freedom.net, must be

completed using a credit/debit card, PayPal, bank wire, certified check, or

personal check. Depending upon the amount of an order, a4Ftactical.com,

Armed4Freedom.net, or any other company or website owned by reserves the right

to request additional documentation or information to process certain credit

card orders. We also reserve the right to hold certified checks or personal

checks, for up to ten (10) banking days prior to shipping. In cases of suspected

fraud, checks (personal and certified) may be held for up to 45 calendar days.

By choosing to pay with a credit or debit card, you expressly authorize

a4ftactical.com, Armed4Freedom.net, to authorize and capture your credit card

payment prior to shipment.

reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, in its sole

discretion, regardless of payment method and price confirmation.

In the instance of a returned paper check payment,

reserves the right to cancel the order, but in any event, will charge a $35.00

administrative fee and Losses and bill the payable balance to the credit/debit

card on file.

Payment Instructions

ordering process and via email following completion of your order.

to cancel orders where payment is not dated within one (1) business day for

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed an order with A4FTACTICAL.COM,

into a binding legal agreement, and cannot cancel the confirmed order without

incurring a $35.00 administrative fee.

After A4FTACTICAL.COM, Armed4Freedom.net, websites, and

companies shipped the product, the order is final and cannot be canceled. If

you refuse shipment the product will be returned to us and you will be charged

a $35.00 administrative fee.

A4FTACTICAL.COM, Armed4Freedom.net, websites, and companies

reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason or for no reason

at all, regardless of payment method or price confirmation, including without

limitation, for orders we deem questionable or suspicious.

We are not responsible for pricing or typographical errors

any and all orders placed with respect to such items. In the event of a

Return Policy

Our refund, return and exchange policy is limited to three

(3) business days from the date that you receive the item. You must notify via

telephone at (877) 365-8051 within three (3) business days from the date that

you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for

all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs. Armed4Freedom.net may

reject any returned or exchanged item or items that do not reasonably conform

to these terms. In the case of a request for an exchange, Armed4Freedom.net

expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an

acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be

unavailable. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Policy as well

as a $35 administration fee. All refunds returns and exchanges shall belong

Shipment

Although we endeavor to ship all orders within three (3)

business days, shipments may take up to thirty (30-to 60) days from completed

payment, depending upon the manner of delivery. Note that this thirty (30) day

period is IN ADDITION to all payment clearing times and any product-specific

delays. Applicable taxes, as well as shipping and handling charges, are not

reflected. You are fully responsible for applicable taxes, and shipping and

handling charges. Packages may or may not require a signature upon delivery.

We will not accept responsibility if you have left

instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended

for you without the need for a signature or if you have given them instructions

to leave your package with a third party.

When we ship to you, if lost or damaged in transit, you

assume responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company or

logistics transportation company. If we determine the package is lost or

damaged, you will file a claim. Once the claim is filed, we reserve the right

to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability

and insurance cease the moment the package is signed for or left at the

Export Compliance
