refund and returns policy

Overview

No refunds after 14 days from date of purchase. 25% will be deducted from any returns for processing, handling and clerical fees.

There is no returns on ammo that was purchased. This is industry standard. We only sell new ammo from manufactures, no reloads. Must be 18 years or older to purchase ammo.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in

the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original

packaging.

Optical, Scopes, Binoculars must be returned to manufacture if under warrantee. We can not refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Perishable goods such as ammo, food, newspapers or magazines cannot be

returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods,

hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift Cards

 Downloadable software, courses, online courses and material products including digital books Some health and personal care items are non refundable.

Any Online Course including CCW if the course

has been completed.

After purchase of online course are accessible for 60 days. If access time has expired you can contact us for reauthorization of access. After 6 months access is denied without buying the course again.

Any A4F Tactical course purchased as a DVD, CD, Digital download, PDF, paper book, video or audio formats are all protected by federal law and state law and can not be reproduced except by A4F TACTICAL.

Any material, product or course purchased as a DVD or CD, downloadable software, courses, online courses, other future formats, paper or book material products including digital books can not be reproduced, copied redistributed for free or profit.

If the course is completed including range time and the

student receives a certificate and there after the student claims a refund the

certificate will be revoked and void. We will then notify the Sheriff’s CCW

licensing office to notify that the student’s certificate is revoked and void

by A4F Tactical training certification Instructor due to cancelation or student avoiding

or possible attempting to take the class for free after our staff performed the

service of teaching and providing materials for the day long training. If this

happens, the student could have license if received revoked because we the

training certifier has revoked the training certificate. This policy is agreed

to when you purchase our products or courses.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For products please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
